PIN-UP CONCEPT

1930S

This was the golden age of pin-up girls. They came to be considered patriotic amulets since soldiers were always accompanied by images and photographs of them during World War II. 60'S-80'S

During this period, illustrations, which took a long time to produce, lost momentum. It is then when many women turned to show business (striptease) and cinema. This was the birth of the well-known Playboy magazine, which became the guru and reference medium of this movement.
